Opera 9.64 ships, Firefox 3.1 beta on the 10th

The fine people at Opera Software have released Opera 9.64, a dot-fix of the world’s fourth most popular browser. This is a recommended security and stability upgrade, incorporating the Opera Presto 2.1.1 user agent engine.
