G-Force 3.9.1, plus more great iTunes visualizers

You don’t have to be into psychedelics to enjoy the iTunes visualizer, perhaps the least appreciated feature in Apple expansive media management and playback application. One of the coolest expressions of the visualizer is Andy O’Meara’s GeForce, an iTunes plugin that was first released way, way back in 2000 and has just been updated yet again.

Geforce 3.9.1 comes to market with these features and fixes:

• Improved audio response under WMP on slower systems.
• Added two new WaveShapes.
• Fixed text sprites (including ‘Blend with Visuals’ track text mode).
• Fixed issue where some upcoming configs weren’t precached, resulting in an occasional visual stutter.

Download your copy of GeForce 3.9.1 click here (3.5MB). There are versions of G-Force designed to run on iTunes, Winamp, Windows Media Player, Google Sidebar, J River Media Center, RealPlayer, Media Monkey, Musicmatch Jukebox and jetAudio.

  1. I’d take a look at Manifesto as well. It is a free download, and more responsive to your music than many other visualizers.

  2. Thanks for the tip! I’ve added the URL to the story…

  3. Hey there.. I have a similar website… How do you control the spam? I get a ton like every day, and it takes so much time to delete it all.. :)

  4. one at a time and don’t clear your spam folder—it’s a record of the addresses, etc your site won’t allow in the future.
