Firefox 3.5 beta 4, Firefox 3.0.10 released

It’s a banner day for fans of Mozilla’s industry-leading open browser as the company has released a fresh beta of the upcoming half-number release, as well as a maintenance update for the current version.

New features and fixes in Firefox 3.5 beta 4 (release notes> are said to include:

• Better performance and stability with the new TraceMonkey JavaScript engine
• The ability to provide Location Aware Browsing using web standards for geolocation

• Improvements to the Gecko layout engine
