Camino, Thunderbird updates roll
CaminoBrowser.org has announced the availability of Camino 1.6.8 (15.3MB, English only build), which comes to market with these fixes and feature tweaks:
• Upgraded to version 1.8.1.22 of the Mozilla Gecko rendering engine, which includes several critical security and stability fixes
• The presence of invalid cookies no longer prevents display of the list of stored cookies
• Typing to choose an item now works properly in “select” controls with “optgroup” elements
• The Downloads window will no longer close when the Customize Toolbar sheet is visible

In related open-source news, Mozilla has announced the release of Thunderbird 2.0.0.22 (18.7MB) which according to the release notes is just a security update.
