Firefox 3.0.11 ships, Safari 4 downloaded 11 million times
The world is a beautiful and ever changing place, and no better proof of that is needed than Mozilla’s never ending quest to provide the best and safest internet browsing experience. Thereupon they have released Firefox 3.0.11 (release notes, security advisory), which is said to offer the following:
• Fixed several security issues.
• Fixed several stability issues.
• Several issues were reported with the internal database, SQLite, which have now been fixed by upgrading to a newer version.
• Fixed an issue where, in some specific cases, the bookmarks database would become corrupt
