A busy, busy day for updates as Apple has followed Adobe’s lead and delivered a passel of patches for its industry leading jukebox software, consumer-grade music product and multimedia layer software.
• iTunes 8.2 for Mac, 72MB
— iTunes 8.2 now supports iPhone or iPod touch with the iPhone 3.0 Software Update.
• QuickTime 7.6.2 for Mac, 57MB
— QuickTime 7.6.2 includes changes that increase reliability, improve compatibility and enhance security. This release is recommended for all QuickTime 7 users.
• GarageBand 5.0.2, 108MB
— This update addresses general compatibility issues, improves overall stability, and fixes a number of other minor issues.
