Camino 1.6.9 improves security, ad blocking

CaminoBrowser.org has announced the release of Camino 1.6.9, a stability and security update for Camino 1.6.x users that all are urged to download and use.

Camino 1.6.9 contains the following improvements over version 1.6.8:

• Upgraded to version 1.8.1.23 of the Mozilla Gecko rendering engine, which includes several critical security and stability fixes
• Upgraded the “Block flash animations” code to use Flashblock 1.5.11
• Improved ad-blocking
