Star Trek DAC (Deathmatch. Assault. Conquest) is now available on the Mac. This a fast-paced, top-down space shooter inspired by J.J. Abrams’ 2009 Star Trek (iTunes, $14.99, SD).

Choose from five classes of starships and battle it out online with multiplayer support for up to 12 people. Each ship class — Support Frigate, Missile Cruiser, Fighter, Bomber, and Flagship — has its own unique strengths and capabilities. Players can enlist in Starfleet or join the Romulan Empire as they battle with up to 11 friends, as well as Survival mode, a single player experience that pits the player against wave after wave of Romulan enemies and features exciting new Super Special Pickups.
