Mac OS X 10.6.3 [10D538] arrives, development wrapping up

Our last mention of OS X 10.6.3 back on January 23rd pointed to the release of final code sooner rather than later. Thereupon, the latest developer seed few changes and no unresolved issues.

On Friday evening, Apple shipped a fresh build of its next Snow Leopard maintenance update. And, according to insider reports, this latest seed comes to market with only minor changes and the always telltale “no known issues.”

Thereupon, loose lipped Apple developers say the enhancement and focus list included with build 10D548 is nearly identical to that which shipped with the previous seed. The differences are that the mothership has asked devs to iCal and printing to the items that require evaluation.

The marquis feature in OS X 10.6.3 is hoped/expected to support for OpenGL 3.x.
