RealPlayer SP beta 1 ships with video conversion onboard

Six months after the PC version of RealPlayer SP began shipping, Real has gotten ’round to delivering a version for the rest of us.

Real has announced the availability of RealPlayer SP beta 1, a major whole number update that isn’t numbered.

New and/or improved features include:

• Download and organize video
• Convert video, formats include iPod, cellphone, Xbox, PS 3
• Share video via FaceBook and Twitter
• Burn DVDs easily

Download your very own copy of RealPlayer SP beta 1 here (27MB).

I’ve been downloading RealPlayer for so long that every time there’s a new version I just download it. However, I can’t remember the last time I used it…

What’s your take?
