Starting around 9 minutes and 30 seconds in Steve Jobs ‘antennagate’ speech, there’s an odd edit. Jobs says, “Now, these phones…” and he doesn’t finish the sentence. Then a bit of Steve rocking back and forth, a quick cut to the Samsung phone, an oddly timed through black transition at 9:40 and then Steve’s back saying, “So, we could have gone on and on.”
Are we seeing Steve Jobs just lost in the moment? I watched this on Friday when it came out and don’t recall this string of oddly benign moments. That doesn’t mean it wasn’t there — I don’t remember one way or another.
Nevertheless, it appears that there’s just a chunk missing. Someone out there who recorded it, or was there, on Friday please disabuse me of this notion…
What’s your take?

My take on that was that he was simply waiting for the list of phones to appear on the screen…I am sure there was not mu rehearsal on this prior to going on the stage…
