It took less than a week for the mothership to turn out another developer seed. Interestingly, though not a sure sign that development is wrapping up and with Snow Leopard Graphics Update out of the way, this seed has “no known issues” and Apple can now focus getting the next OS X maintenance release out the door.

iPhone in Canada and AppleInsider are reporting in pitch perfect harmony that Mac OS X 10.6.5 [10H529] has arrived with no known issues. The mothership is requesting that developers focus their testing efforts on AFP, Mail, Printing, 3D Graphics, QuickTime and X11.

That said, it’s expected that final OS X 10.6.5 code will ship this Fall, which officially begins September 22. As Apple generally pushes out a pre-holiday Mac hardware refresh in October and we’ve been warned that more great products are coming this year, it appears that this OS update is following the development path of years past.
