Maybe it’s just me, but directly combining beer consumption and an expensive electronic with a known sensitivity to moisture let alone actual liquids doesn’t seem too bright to me. By all appearances, the dude in the video is a few bottles short of a full case (or will soon be). Then again, when you’re young, dumb (in a practical sense) and full of disposable income, this little widget probably has great appeal — seriously, the chicks and/or guys will love it.

And, in a world where silly party tricks and dumb pick up lines work, the iBottleopener is probably a winner. Well, at least until the iPhone gets wet…
