Return to Castle Wolfenstein for OS X 10.5

While investigating the activities of the SS Paranormal Division in Germany, B.J. Blazkowicz and Agent One are captured by the Nazis. Agent One dies during interrogation, but B.J. manages to escape Castle Wolfenstein’s dungeon. He then fights his way out of the castle, using a tram car to leave the area and meet up with a member of the German resistance in a nearby village — Wikipedia.
Whether you’re just into classic games or have an underpowered Mac that won’t handle the newest titles, there’s an ongoing Google Code project to port Return to Castle Wolfenstein to Mac OS X 10.5 and up that’s now available for download.
I wasn’t able to play it on either of our iMacs (2007, OS X 10.7; 2006, OS X 10.6.8), but I only gave it half-hearted try. Dig in and share you experience (and tips) in the comments below.
For immediate gratification, check Wolfenstein 3D Classic Platinum (iTunes, $1.99) for the iPhone and iPod touch…
