MacTracker 1.1.1 for iPhone

You might know Mac, but there’s no substitute for having Ian Page’s encyclopedic MacTracker on your iPhone, iPad touch or iPad. Thereupon, this go to app has been updated for the first time since December and there’s plenty to like in this refresh.

MacTracker 1.1.1 for iPhone (iTunes, free, release notes) is now available and brings the app up-to-date with Apple’s recent product releases.

• Updates iMac (21.5-inch, Mid 2011) and iMac (27-inch, Mid 2011) specifications based on changes from iMac EFI update 1.6
• Adds MacBook Pro (13-inch, Early 2011), MacBook Pro (15-inch, Early 2011), MacBook Pro (17-inch, Early 2011)
• Adds iMac (21.5-inch, Mid 2011), iMac (27-inch, Mid 2011)
• Adds iPhone 4 (CDMA)
• Adds iPad 2 (Wi-Fi), iPad 2 (Wi-Fi + 3G GSM), iPad 2 (Wi-Fi + 3G CDMA)
• Adds initial price, where available, in Norwegian krone
• Classic Macintosh, Performa, Power Macintosh, and PowerBook categories are now sorted chronologically
• Updates Support Status for Apple’s latest Vintage and Obsolete products
• System requirements updated to iOS 4.0 or later
• Other minor changes and additions

And, if just in case you didn’t see it, MacTracker for iPhone now requires iOS 4.0 or later.

In related news, Page earlier in the week released MacTracker 6.0.1 that likewise added new products and quashed bugs.
