Where to buy Apple TV

9 May 2011 1,251 views 2 Comments

Apple TV streams movies, TV shows, music, podcasts, and other media to your HDTV — enjoy content from the iTunes Store, the Internet and your Mac, iPhone, iPod touch and iPad without needing to sync it back and forth. Now get Apple’s Netflix enabled set top box for less.

If you’re like me, getting the best price on an Apple TV is a no brainer — buy refurbished. It’s the same product and the same warranty for lowest price around.

The lowest Apple TV price without entanglements is at Amazon, where you’ll save a couple bucks off the list and get free shipping without jumping through any hoops.

Your next best bet for the lowest available price in MacConnection. However, you’ll need to check sales tax applicability for your state and also add some small item to your order to boost it to $99 to be eligible for free shipping.

Sure, and then go down to your local reseller and pester them when you can’t figure it out or have problems…support your local reseller!

The previous comment by the Stefan Oetter is bang on… if we don’t support the local apple resellers we cannot expect their help. For that matter when you think you’re getting a deal at the big box store… think again, small resellers like Simply Computing and guys like Stefan Oetter are dying bread. For more then 25 years Stefan has supported Apple Users like myself… please support him!
