Where can you find the highest concentrations of cool people (a.k.a. Mac users)? Pretty much in the places you would expect to — mostly in the urbanized states on either coast. However, you’ll also find concentrations of Mac heads in heartland states, like Minnesota, Utah and Colorado.

Our friends over at web metrics firm Chitika have put together a map (above) to show where you can find the rest of us in the purest form. Thereupon, MacDailyNews has teased out the top cities and come up with this California-heavy listing:

However, the city with the highest proportion of Mac users, according to Chitika, is Wellesley, MA where 36 percent of the well-healed residents own Apple-branded computers.
