Now the pinch and zoom will only work once, pinch OR zoom and cannot be undone. Using the optional menu button (small or large “A”) continues to work as does the key: cmd+ or cmd-. I think this is a bug in 5.1 but may have been just a sloppy way of dealing with the change for 5.1 as it runs in Lion (which I don’t have).
