Whether you were watching or not, someone out there shipped a new camera today, which may or may not have its very own take on how it handles the Camera Raw format. Not to worry, Apple’s on top of it and here’s the stuff.

The mothership has shipped Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update 3.8, which adds RAW image compatibility for the following cameras to Aperture 3 and iPhoto ’11:

• Konica Minolta DiMAGE A200
• Olympus PEN E-P3
• Panasonic LUMIX DMC-G3
• Panasonic LUMIX DMC-GF3
• Samsung NX11
• Samsung NX100
• Sony Alpha NEX-C3, Alpha SLT-A35
