MacBook Pro Video Update 1.0 for Snow Leopard

Apple’s already issued a patch for affected MacBook Pros (April 2010 through February 2011) running OS X Lion. Now, they’ve gotten round to addressing the problem for MBP owners that are still running Snow Leopard. Confused? Step inside.
Apple’s issued the MacBook Pro Video Update 1.0 for Snow Leopard. There’s a Knowledge Base article, MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2010): Intermittent black screen or loss of video, that describes the issue in detail:
Apple has determined that a small number of MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2010) computers may intermittently freeze or stop displaying video on the built-in display or on an external display connected to the MacBook Pro. In this situation, you may also see a restart warning message before the video is lost or the display turns black or gray. Affected computers were manufactured between April 2010 and February 2011.
Thereupon, if you own an affected model and run OS X Lion, then you should get the MacBook Pro Video Update 1.0 for OS X 10.7. And, again, those running Snow Leopard on an affected machine should download MacBook Pro Video Update 1.0 for OS X 10.6.
Still not sure which patch you should apply? Run Software Update and it will automagically get the one you need.

So they have a fix for Lion on 2011 Mac Book Pros, and a fix for Snow Leopard on 2010 Mac Book Pros, but still no fix for the blue screen problem on 2011 Mac Book Pros running Snow Leopard, very frustrating for those users, wonder when they will fix it.
