PlugBug: Charge your stuff, carry less crap

When you look at it you immediately get what a great idea TwelveSouth’s PlugBug really is. Describing it with words, however, really only detracts from the beauty of the thing. If spend a lot of time out and about, then you need this.

TwelveSouth has announced and is now shipping PlugBug, an iPhone/iPad compatible USB charger that attaches to the top of a standard MacBook charger, allowing the user to charge both a MacBook and idevice at the same time.

As noted by Guy Kawasaki in his intro, one of the key features is that PlugBug provides a full 10W charge, so iPads charge quickly rather than the slow, slow trickle of some third-party products.

PlugBug sells for $35 and TwelveSouth is offering free shipping for US orders.
