Apple shaves Refurbished iPod nano by $10

Arguably, the Bondi Blue iMac saved Apple and the iPod made the company sing, turning Windows users into switchers and millions of lives would never be the same. Additionally, whereas the iPod classic popularized the concept, it was the flash memory-based iPod nano that completed Apple’s conquest of the mp3 player space and crushed the competition.

These days, Apple’s plain jane media players don’t get much attention, but they still rule — there’s nothing else worth buying. However, you needn’t pay full retail for the privilege and Apple’s cut their refurbished price by a further $10, making them $30 cheaper than a new unit.

I buy Apple Certified Factory Refurbished products and even give them as gifts — same gear, greater value.
