Our good friends, and they are, at Apple have just released a supplemental update for OS X 10.7.3. The purpose thereof is the resolution of an issue with malfunctioning Time Machine backups. Recommended for all Lion users, the specific issue only affects Time Machine users and lord knows few of us actually back up.
