Looking for a used MacBook? Try GameStop

14 May 2012 1,322 views 2 Comments

Aside from eBay and Craigslist, where can you find used a MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro? You can’t get an Apple portable at the ubiquitous game retailer yet, but you might not have to wait long until Apple notebooks go on sale there.

Game site Kotaku posted the above snap of GameStop’s internal inventory system showing used MacBooks.

That’s not exactly rock solid proof that you will be soon able to buy a used MacBook at GameStop. However, last year, a similar chain of events saw used iPods began appearing in the retailer’s inventory system and shortly thereafter GameStop began purchasing and then reselling Apple-branded media players.

One stop shopping or just another reason not to visit the strip mall game retailer?
