‘Was it something I said?’

John Malkovich is a cultural icon, not your garden variety celebrity, and it’s somewhat amazing that Apple got him to perform with the iPhone 4S and meme worthy Siri digital assistant. The exchanges between the two are nothing short of classic.
Malkovich: Joke?
Siri: Two iPhones walk into a bar. I forget the rest.
To whit, Malkovich chuckles happily.
And, this theme — forces of nature, like Samuel Jackson, Zooey Deschanel and, now, Malkovich very much being themselves in a room alone with Siri (and a “few” cameras) — is utterly brilliant. It is inconceivable that any other company or product would inspire and deliver so eloquently…
