Hotkey EVE: Learn Keyboard Shortcuts

10 August 2012 4,572 views No Comment

There is always another way. Back in May, the Fairer Platform told you about Cheatsheet, a system add-on that displays available keyboard shortcuts whether you’re in the Finder or an app. Now, behold Hotkey EVE, a more limited yet more polished way to learn keyboard shortcuts.

Here’s Hotkey EVE, a very geeky way to learn keyboard shortcuts. How geeky? The Read Me file is delivered in MarkDown — shiver — and it’s available on GitHub. Yes, of course, it’s free.

That said, Hotkey EVE currently only works with Safari, OS X Mail, Google Chrome and Finder.
