Apple has been offering a pair of OS X Chinese Word List updates since October 5, though no one is quite sure what is inside

This is an oddity and presented “as is.” That said, Apple has been offering a pair of OS X Chinese Word List updates since October 5, though no one is quite sure what is inside. “Words,” yes, but otherwise, no.

We do, however, know there aren’t any “new” input methods — i.e. DaYi Pro is still missing — baked in.

The great majority of users won’t find the OS X Chinese Word List updates in either Software Update or the Mac App Store — get them above.
