Wow, what an event. What a day. Apple CEO Tim Cook and senior VP of worldwide marketing Phil Schiller put on quite a show, delivering not only the 7.9-inch tablet but stunning new Macs, as well — the iPad mini keynote address will be remembered for years to come.

It seems most people forgot that October 23 is the eleventh anniversary of the original iPod? Apple co-founder and then CEO Steve Jobs did the honors, and the world was forever changed.

Fast forward to 2012, and it was Tim Cook and Phil Schiller making the introductions:

•  The iPad mini Is Here, from $329

•  Fourth Generation iPad with A6X and, yes, Lightning connector

•  New Macs: Schiller introduces 13-inch Retina MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac mini

That said, Apple has posted the iPad mini keynote as a cached stream, as well as a podcast in both standard definition and hi-definition formats.

View and review every (magical?) moment at your leisure…
