As the possibility of OS X 10.9 (Lynx?) fades comes another beta interim Mountain Lion release. Apple is saying that OS X 10.8.4 12E33 has no known issues and that developers should focus on Wi-Fi, Graphics Drivers and Safari.

At more than 350MB (delta) and 820MB (combo), respectively, OS X 10.8.4 12E33 is large. However, aside from the inclusion of 802.11ac, a.k.a. Gigabit Wi-Fi, little is known about OS 10.8.4.

It’s believed that Apple’s 2013 crop of new Macs, including the long-awaited Mac Pro update, will ship with 802.11ac wi-fi networking built in.
