There is always something else to read — the firehose never quits. So, it helps to have a smart filter, like Ben Evans. Of course, there are Mac updates, too, for a pair of important apps.

Benedict Evans is a British analyst behind some headlines recently. His blog is chock full o’ Apple/mobile insights, links and other nutritious stuff, and there’s also newsletter, which amounts to a more meal-sized serving that arrives on Sunday nights.

Very level headed, good reads.

— Optimized Preferences menus for Korean.
— You can create a line break by pressing Shift+Enter during message editing.
— “Add Contact Number” popover will be closed when conversation is switched using Option+Command+Left/Right arrow key on keyboard.
