Hey, Whad’ya Know! Toast 11.2 Goes Mavericks

18 December 2013 3,214 views No Comment

Roxio’s Toast was only half-heartedly Mountain Lion compatible and the last update came in September 2012. Although the proof will very much, or not, be found in this Christmas pudding, Roxio is offering an OS X Mavericks flavored Toast 11.2 update.

• Toast 11.2 (download)
— Add OS X 10.9 Mavericks compatibility
— Resolved issue where copying image file cause Toast to crash
— Resolved issue where converting image file cause Toast to crash
— Resolved Get Backup 2 RE compatibility issue with OS X 10.9 Mavericks
— Updated GraceNote with the latest SDK to support OS X 10.9 Mavericks
— Resolved YouTube video sharing broken issue

See the image collateral (above) grabbed just today from the Roxio site? Hasn’t been updated in years.

Nevertheless, Apple’s iDVD is dead, dead, dead and so, if DVD creation is on your mind, Roxio Toast is one of the last optical burning apps still getting updated — your mileage may vary.

And, if you’re looking for a deal on Toast 11, you can get for $50 off the regular $99.99 SRP — Use Coupon Code: TOASTSAVE50.
