In celebration of the upcoming release of their new album, U2 is giving away the lead single Invisible on iTunes

Bruno Mars held the mainstage at Super Bowl XLVIII, but Bono and U2 were pretty much everywhere else. In celebration of the upcoming release of their new album, U2 is giving away the lead single Invisible on iTunes for a limited time and the bonus is every download supports Project Red.

We’re taking all the energy around the Super Bowl and interest in what U2′s doing and flipping it into the fight against HIV AIDS. We have another song we’re excited about to kick off the album. This is just sort of a sneak preview – to remind people we exist, said U2′s Bono in USA Today..

For each download, Bank of America will donate $1 to support the Product Red fight against AIDS.

Invisible and U2′s new album are being produced by über DJ and producer Danger Mouse. No release date for the album has been announced.

So, get U2′s new single Invisible for free (until midnight)!
