The bits in Apple’s just-aired Oscar iPad TV spot are hardly dry and the first parody has already arrived. Neil Curtis, the exhibitions company that took it upon take the mothership to task, has found some interesting inconsistencies in the ad.

On the heels of rumors that the Apple CEO will cooperate in the creation of an authorized biography, comes the news that the Berkeley Repertory Theater in the form of “master storyteller” Mike Daisy will be offering up The Agony and Ecstasy of Steve Jobs, a monologue that’s described as “provocative.”

iPhone does a Simpsons ‘couch gag’ cameo

It’s not Steve Mobs MyPhone, but it’s a funny gag nonetheless. In the opening credits of Million Dollar Maybe ($2.99, iTunes), the eleventh episode of The Simpsons 21st season, Homer selects the “Couch Gag” app before an unexpected call from boss Mr Burns forces Homer to think fast for once and swallow the phone.
