‘Apple Took Care of Me,’ Sings Happy Apple Customer
Michelle Hillaert is a happy Apple Store customer. She bought a MacBook on Craigslist and, sometime later, it started giving her troubles. She took it to Fair Oaks Mall Apple Store and, although her MacBook ultimately died, good things followed nonetheless.
Which is how we have become acquainted with her — Michelle’s happy Apple service story inspired the refrain of a heartfelt song of praise (below) for the Cupertino company’s service and the Apple Store associates (Sammy, Eddy, Tony and Omar) that took care of her.
“Apple has the BEST support and warranty,” enthused Michelle Hillaert. “They went above and beyond to help me out, so I had to give them a HUGE shoutout! Fair Oaks Mall Apple Store ROCKS!!!”
Attired in an Apple logo t-shirt, Michelle gives a shout out — Eddy, Tony, Sammy, Omar and “all the guys” — at the end of her three minute YouTube paean.
The Apple logo t-shirt was a nice touch.
Yeah, from a dead hard drive through serious screen issues, Apple took care of Michelle and replaced her Craigslist bargain with a brand new MacBook. Just in time for Christmas, which is more than a little cool.
Though Michelle should probably stick with her day job, she may have just earned her 15 minutes as the singing happy Apple customer…
